1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HomeScout ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HomeScout provides an AI-powered toolkit for real estate brokers, including property listing management, AI text polishing, voice narration generation, client management, and public portfolio pages.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to access the broker portal. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive 10 credits per month. Paid plans and top-ups are processed through Razorpay. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to polish property descriptions and generate voice narrations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before sharing with clients or publishing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: post misleading or fraudulent property information; violate any applicable laws or RERA regulations; harass, spam, or deceive other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant HomeScout a license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the Service. The HomeScout name, logo, and platform are the property of HomeScout.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
HomeScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
