Broker Profile: Information you provide such as phone number, bio, specializations, and cities you operate in.

Content: Property notes, polished text, and voice narrations you create using the Service.

Client Data: Contact information for clients you add to the CRM.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, credit transactions, and general analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process credit purchases and payments; generate AI-polished content and voice narrations; display your public broker portfolio; communicate important updates about the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the Service:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — for text polishing
  • Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — for voice narrations
  • Razorpay — for payment processing
  • Cloudflare R2 — for file storage

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Public Information

If you create a public broker portfolio, your name, bio, specializations, cities, and listed properties will be publicly visible. Shared property notes marked as public are accessible via their unique link.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights
